The B0325-III, 32 mm, 5-axis Swiss Type Lathe is the basic building block for the 32 mm Swiss turn category in the B0 family. But even this basic model comes loaded with high end performance features. A 4-Spindle Cross Rotary Tool is standard on the front tool post and a deep hole drill holder (up to 140 mm length) is standard next to the sub spindle.
The Tsugami B0325V-III Swiss Type Lathe offers increased tooling on Tsugami’s already robust B0, 5-axis platform. With an added vertical tool post, this machine incorporates 5 modular, driven tools for increased milling capabilities.
The Tsugami B0326-III Swiss Type Lathe easily and quickly converts from direct-drive guide bushing barfed operation to non-guide bushing operation when fitted with a the included chucker kit. Ideal for round or prismatic parts, this added flexibility also reduces expensive material costs.

The B075-III uses the same rugged framework as B0125-III but enables micro machining with higher spindle rpm capability. This 5-axis machine has back spindle capabilities along the Z2-axis and is able to eliminate many secondary operations.
The B0125-V is a 12 mm, 5-axis chucker convertible Swiss built with Tsugami’s opposed gang type tool post and a rigid cast iron frame.
This Swiss CNC automatic lathe offers a total of 21 tool positions: 9 OD tool positions and 12 fixed tool positions (optional 2 rotary positions for rear) for flexible 5-axis machining.
