EMEC Service Group Team

With a combined experience of 95+ years, our fully trained team of sixteen qualified service technicians (including four fully bilingual technicians) are ready to service our customers. Many of our technicians have been servicing the CNC Machine Tool products since their introduction in Canada in 1979.

EMEC Applications Team

The five members of our EMEC Application Engineering team have an impressive combined resume of 75+ years in machining experience that they can bring to bear on any project. These always-ready, highly qualified engineers are extremely committed and fully customer oriented.

EMEC Parts Team

The team dedicated to spare parts at EMEC includes our Vice-President of Parts & Service and two Inside Sales Parts Administrators, veterans of the Machine Tool Industry who bring a wealth of knowledge to every transaction and a vast experience of expertise in shipping, with a keen eye for each detail involved in our projects.

EMEC Sales Team

Our highly experienced team of seven sales professionals have an average of 25+ years of experience. They bring that extensive experience to offer you, our customer, the best solutions for your machine tool needs. We believe that EMEC provides the best sales support in the industry today.

EMEC Administration Team

Our administrative staff, a dynamic team of eight experienced professionals, are the key elements to providing EMEC’s accounting, service and sales related support. It is this team that ensures the smooth running of operations in addition to bringing about efficiencies through best practice.

EMEC Engineering Team

Our engineers provide a comprehensive and complete level of support you need. Whether it’s providing phone support, onsite assistance or taking you from print to part, EMEC application engineers are here to support you.

Our Background

From day one the mainstay of our company has been the Okuma line of machine tools and over the years we have been able to enhance our product offerings with the addition of Tsugami. Soraluce, Geminis, Trak and Bavius.

In order to provide the highest levels of support to our customers EMEC have built a great team of dedicated professionals who collectively represent hundreds of years of experience in serving the manufacturing industry and understand how critical excellent service is in todays ultra competitive world.
