The P036W is a 3mm, 6-axis split slide Swiss CNC lathe which offers exceptional flexibility focused solely on the micro parts industry. This machine is built on a fine grain cast iron base ensuring thermal stability and rigidity. The machine features 0.1 micron axis resolution ensuring the highest accuracy.
This 1/8? capacity Swiss Lathe offers 18 different tool positions utilizing an independent opposed tool slide. The P036W has speeds up to 20,000 RPM on both main and back spindles, enabling required surface feet per minute to be achieved on even the smallest diameter project. Utilizing the split slide, chip to chip time can be reduced to less than one second.
